The approximate timeline for this would be with this tender being posted on GETS in November 2024, with the new panel to be established by April 2025 through an open process. As you may know, we already work with a number of environmental and Resource Management Act (RMA) planning service suppliers across our projects and sites through regular procurement processes. We are sincerely grateful for the valuable contributions and cooperation of our existing suppliers. In response to evolving market conditions and our evolving business needs, we have made the strategic decision to include a panel for environmental and RMA planning services within the Engineering and Consultancy Panel to streamline the procurement process and enable our staff to access expertise and capacity as required. The intention is for this panel to create a pre-qualified list of suppliers for environmental compliance and RMA planning services.
