Currently exceeding over a $1b of projects with an annual project spend of $330 million per annum, our programme has around 140 projects in play at one time and has the potential to grow in the future. We currently use Microsofts Project Server 2016 to manage this programme of work, which has an end of life mid-2026. We are looking to understand what toolsets are available to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our infrastructure build portfolio, programme, and project management. As a professional water services provider, we are looking for tools to better enable the delivery of our councils investment in their three waters infrastructure and assets, now and into the future.
