The works will be undertaken to increase the resilience of the Wellington High Court from the current seismic rating to a rating as close as practicable to 67% of the New Building Standard. The works will be undertaken on a floor-by-floor basis following staging requirements that allow for a decant strategy. We are seeking a main contractor who can facilitate the above as well as offer broader outcomes in terms of social, economic, and environmental benefits in delivering this Project. This will be a multi-stage procurement approach (Stage 1: Registration of Interest to identify up to a maximum of four shortlisted respondents to be invited to a closed competitive Stage 2: Request for Tender).
