Surveying Services – Open Procedure Pursuant To Art. 71 Of Legislative Decree 36/2023 For The Assignment Of The Work Management Service, Assistance On Site, Work Accounting And Safety Coordination In The Execution Phase During The Implementation Of The Works Concerning The Project Called: “Eletrification Works Of The Plays Port Of Civitavecchia (Cold Ironing)”. The Professional Assignment Involves The Performance Of The Works Management And Safety Coordination Service During The Execution Of The Intervention Called Electrification Works Of The Port Of Civitavecchia (Cold Ironing) In The Port Of Civitavecchia, All As Better Described In The Tender-Based Performance Specifications And Related Attachments. The Works Management Office Must Be Made Up Of The Figures Indicated Below: # 1 Works Director # 1 Operations Director # 2 Site Inspectors # 1 Safety Coordinator In The Execution Phase. In Carrying Out The Task Of Management And Accounting Of The Works, The Economic Operator Must Comply With The Provisions Of Ministerial Decree 49 Of 07/03/2018 And Assume Special Responsibility For All The Obligations Established In The Aforementioned Legislation Towards The Director Of The Works, As Well As The Regulations In Force On The Matter. The Director Of The Works, With The Works Management Office, Will Be Responsible For The Technical, Accounting And Administrative Control Of The Execution Of The Intervention So That The Works Are Carried Out In A Workmanlike Manner And In Compliance With The Project And The Contract, All As Best Indicated In The Performance Specifications.
