Expression of Interest for Listening to Somalia Survey The firm will conduct two rounds of Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI), with a sample of 3,000-4,000 selected households per round. The sample will be divided in six strata representing each state and will be drawn using Random Digit Dialing (RDD). The firm will design and implement the RDD protocol, sharing the technical process and enumerator protocol with the World Bank for approval before conducting any eligible interviews. Upon concluding each interview, respondents will receive a phone credit transfer. Each interview is expected to take from 20-30 minutes to complete. The second round will follow-up with the same households sampled in Round 1, supplementing any attrition with additional households selected by RDD to ensure the required sample of 3,000-4,000 households per round is achieved.
