Tenders are invited for Continuous Emission Monitoring System (Cems) at the Supreme Council for Environment Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: Supreme Council for the Environment (SCE) is a regulatory body dedicated to overseeing and enforcing environmental laws and regulations, where Environmental Law No.7 2022, and Ministerial Order No.10 2006 enforces facilities to adhere on installing Continuous Emission Monitoring System-CEMS devices on their units stacks enabling the continuous emission monitoring. To achieve this objective, SCE is actively seeking to contract with a reliable bidder in accordance with the terms and provisions incorporated in this document. This partnership is to enable the development and establishment of a unified platform that allows for continuous monitoring of emissions data from various industries, by transmitting industries CEMS data to SCEs network. Consequently, SCE will gain access to real-time continuous data, enabling timely identification of any non-compliance or deviations from environmental standards.
