Buses And Coaches – Procurement Of A Maximum Of 15 Midibuses With Battery-Electric Drives (Framework Contract). For The Initial Electrification Of V-Bus, Battery-Electric Buses Including Lis Are To Be Purchased. The Vehicles Are Used In The Inner City Areas Of Mannheim, Heidelberg And Ludwigshafen. In This Way, They Support The Goals Of The Cities Of Mannheim And Heidelberg, Both Of Which Are Participants In The Eu Mission 100 Climate-Neutral And Smart Cities By 2030. Both Vehicles (Solo Buses, Midibuses) And The Associated Charging Infrastructure (Lis) Are To Be Procured For The Lampertheim Location And Optionally For The Neckarau/Mannheim Location And Put Into Regular Service. The Subject Of The Contract Described Here Is Solely The Awarding Of A Contract For The Procurement Of Up To 15 Midibuses With Battery-Electric Drives (Framework Contract). To Implement These Measures, V-Bus Has Applied For Funding For The Procurement Of 20 Solo Buses And 10 Midibuses As Well As The Construction Of 16 X Lis At The Depot In Lampertheim. These Are Funds For The “Promotion Of Buses With Alternative Drives” From The Federal Ministry For Digital And Transport, Under The Management Of The Project Sponsor “Forschungszentrum Jülich Gmbh”. The Call For 10 Midibuses Is Defined As The Guaranteed Minimum Purchase Quantity. The Framework Contract For Vehicle Delivery Advertised Here Also Includes Additional Optional Vehicles, As Additional Vehicles Could Become Necessary In The Future Due To Increased Performance. V-Bus Has No Obligation To Purchase Vehicles That Exceed The Minimum Purchase Quantities. The V-Bus Is Much More Free To Call Up The Optional Vehicles Until The Defined Upper Limits Are Reached. The Call Depends In Particular On Whether V-Bus Has Its Own Funds Available In A Timely Manner Or Whether Other Funding Is Approved. In Addition To The Delivery Of The Vehicles, The Supply Of Spare Parts Should Also Be Included In The Contract. A Framework Supply Contract For The Supply Of Spare Parts Is To Be Concluded With A Term Of 10 Years After Acceptance Of The Last Vehicle. The Client Reserves The Right To Specify The Subject Matter Of The Contract In More Detail In The Ongoing Procurement Process. The Subject Of The Award Is Therefore As Follows: • Max. 15 Midibuses (Midis): O Maximum Purchase Quantity: 15 Midibuses O Guaranteed Minimum Purchase Quantity And Estimated Purchase Quantity: 10 Midibuses O The Guaranteed Minimum Purchase Quantity Will Be Ordered Bindingly Within The Approval Period And Must Be Delivered By March 31, 2027 O The The Term Of The Framework Contract Is 8 Years From The Award Of The Contract. O Demand Probably In Batches Of At Least 3 Vehicles Each (May Become A Subject Of Negotiation); O The Term Of The Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Spare Parts Is 10 Years After Acceptance Of The Last Vehicle. We Reserve The Right To Provide Further Details. In Addition To The Delivery Of The Vehicles, The Supply Of Spare Parts Should Also Be Contracted Out
