The University Seeks To Appoint A Contractor On A Design And Construction Basis To Undertake The Project. We Are Looking For A Contractor Experienced In Delivering Laboratory Construction And Fit Out Projects To Given Technical Specifications. The Contractor Must Have A Proven Track Record In Delivering Design And Construction Projects, With A Construction Value Over $10 Million In The Last 5 Years. The Provider Must Be Able To Demonstrate Their Capability In Managing Technically Complex Design And Cost Advice And Working In Partnership With The Client. Ideally The Provider Will Have Experience Of Working In A Tertiary Education Environment, Experience Of Deep/Comprehensive Refurbishments And Will Have Proven Market Knowledge Of The Specialist Product Suppliers Likely To Be Required By This Project.
