Size to hall (existing heat pumps are under spec). Include for new indoor and outdoor units in current locations Electrical Ventilation - The hall space currently has no mechanical ventilation, nor does it have any dedicated openings / louvres etc for natural/passive ventilation. The high level & end windows were originally intended to be louvred. This was never installed and is intended to be reinstated to provide natural ventilation. Electrical Remediation - Replacement of old lighting/fixtures with new LEDs. Upgrade of existing DBs to meet MoE requirements for RCDs Electrical Solar - Grid connected solar system with battery backup storage.
