Tenders are invited for Construction of Office cum Multifunctional Building (Including Civil, Sanitary, Internal & External Works) Under the Project "Construction of Office cum Multifunctional Building of Khudra Nri-Ghosthi Cultural Institute, Rangamati (1st revised)" Eligibility of Tenderer: 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. 2) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 01 contract of 01 RCC Frame Structure Building including Internal Electrification Works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 1500.00 lac.In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. 3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2500.00 lac over the last 05 years.In support of average annual construction turnover, payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5(Five) years must be submitted along with the tender. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 750.00 lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit as per Form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose. 5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1750.00 lac. 6) Other required eligibility criteria and conditions of the Tender have been mentioned in TDS and PCC of the tender document.
