Refuse And Waste Related Services – Tender For A Contract For The Reception And Treatment Of Waste Suitable For Incineration At Argos Recycling Sites. The Contract Is Offered On Behalf Of Argo Genbrug A/S, Which Per 10 December 2024 Is Established As A 100% Owned Subsidiary Of Argo I/S. Argo Genbrug A/S Is To Take Over Argo I/S Task Of Operating The Recycling Sites, And It Is Argo Genbrug A/S That Is The Contracting Party In The Tendered Contract. The Tender Relates To The Reception And Treatment Of Waste Suitable For Incineration From 14 Recycling Sites, Which Are Geographically Located In Argos Owner Municipalities. The Recycling Sites Are Located In Bjæverskov, Bregninge, Gørlev, Høng, Hårlev, Jyllinge, Kalundborg, Køge, Roskilde, Sejerø, Store Heddinge, Torkilstrup, Ubby And Viby. The Tender Also Relates To The Reception And Treatment Of Waste Suitable For Incineration From Four Recycling Sites Operated By Odsherred Municipality. The Recycling Sites Are Located In Nykøbing Sjælland, Hønsinge, Fårevejle And Odden. The Offer Includes The Fractions Of Waste Which, According To Public Regulation, Are Classified As Waste Suitable For Incineration And Which Have Been Delivered To The Recycling Sites. Combustible Waste Is Waste That I) Is Not Covered By Other Established Collection Or Disposal Schemes, Ii) Is Not Suitable For Reuse Or Recycling, And Iii) Is Not Dangerous Or Covered By A Producer Responsibility Scheme. The Waste Suitable For Incineration Consists Of The Following Types Of Waste: Small Waste Suitable For Combustion, Large Waste Suitable For Combustion And Furniture, Including Upholstered Furniture. All Waste Is Delivered To The Tenderers Designated Reception Facility By Argo Genbrug A/S, Which Will Be Responsible For Collection And Transport From The Recycling Sites. Large Waste Suitable For Incineration And Furniture, Including Upholstered Furniture, Is Broken Down At Two Pre-Treatment Facilities Before This Waste Is Handed Over To The Tenderers Designated Reception Facility. The Waste Is Expected To Amount To Approx. 12,000-16,000 Tonnes Per Years, Of Which Approx. 3,400 Tonnes Per Year Consists Of Large Waste Suitable For Incineration And Upholstered Furniture. The Waste Is Delivered Continuously, Distributed Over The Year. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender In Accordance With The Public Tenders Act (Lov No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015 With Subsequent Amendments) And In Accordance With The Danish Supply Authoritys Guidance On The Use Of Competition-Promoting Measures When Tendering For Waste Incineration (Vej No. 9624 Of 2 September 2024 ).
