Tender Regarding The Supply Of Breast Prostheses To Aalborg, Brønderslev, Frederikshavn, Hjørring, Jammerbugt, Læsø, Morsø, Thisted And Vesthimmerland Municipalities. There Is A Requirement For Facilities With Personal Guidance And A Test Room Located In Aalborg Municipality. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Form A Visitation Basis For The Municipalities Grants Of Breast Prostheses. It Should Be Noted That The Purchase Of Breast Prostheses Is Covered By The Purchase And Delivery Of Personal Aids In Accordance With Section 112, Subsection Of The Service Act. 3, Which I.A. Means That The Citizen With A License For Breast Prostheses Can Make Use Of Free Choice Of Supplier. With This, The Citizen Can Use A Different Supplier Than The One The Contracting Municipalities Have Entered Into Framework Agreements With. The Tendered Contracts Are Framework Agreements, Which Are Assumed To Be Concluded With One Supplier, Cf. Section 97 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Awarding Municipalities Will Each Enter Into An Independent Framework Agreement With The Winning Tenderer On The Basis Of The Tender.
