Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Fürth District Office, Zirndorf Office; Conversion And Renovation Pp2_Pp7 - Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §§ 34 Hoai - Lph 2-9. The Fürth District Intends To Carry Out A General Renovation (Except For The Facade) And Convert A Large Part Of The Office Building At Pinderpark 5-7 (“Pp7”), 90513 Zirndorf, Into A Modern Administration Building. The Office Complex Was Purchased By The Fürth District In May 2024 - The Renovation And Conversion Should Take Place Soon. The District Has Acquired The Premises In Order To Consolidate Its Administration At Its Location In Pinderpark In Zirndorf. The Areas Currently Still In Use At Stresemannplatz In Fürth And On Ohmstrasse In Zirndorf Will Be Closed After The Renovation And Move. The Newly Acquired Property Is A Building With A Basement And A Ground Floor And Three Upper Floors. About Half Of The Building Is Rented For Office, Practice, Shop And Storage Space. The Second Half Was Used By A Womens Fashion Company Until May And Is To Be Renovated And Converted For The Administration Of The Fürth District. The Building Parts Are Also Intended To Accommodate The Administrative Units That Were Originally Intended To Be Housed In Component Pp2 (In Pinderpark 2). Work Is Currently Underway To Dismantle The Interior, Such As Floors, Suspended Ceilings, Light Partition Walls And Building Technology. For This Construction Project, The Services Of Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §§ 34 Ff Hoai - Lph 2-9 Are Required.
