Applications perfected as per the conditions and terms should be sent by registered post addressed to Director, National Institute of Infectious Diseases, Angoda to receive on or before 29th November 2024. Our institution will not bear responsibility to any misplacement or delay in post. 03. Applicants should have to annexe the receipt on Form General 172 issued by the Accountant of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, Angoda (IDH) for the payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 in cash for each item of Goods / Services for which they wish to get registered paid in favour of the Director, National Institute of Infectious Diseases, Angoda to the application. Cheques will not be accepted. Applicants should agree to supply goods and services on credit basis for at least a months period and the transportation of goods should be carried out by the relevant Suppliers, themselves.
