Scope Of The Works The Works Shall Comprise Of The Design, And Onsite Construction (Installation) And Completion Of All Works Associated With Providing New Pod Building Comprising Of 1 Main Meeting Room And 2 Nr Separate 1-2-1 Rooms, The Mechanical And Electrical Installation Shall Include All Necessary Lighting, Powers And Heating Equipment Together As Shown On Drawings, Also Refer To Electrical Specification. Arrangements Will Also Have To Be Made With The Appropriate Statutory Authorities For The Connection To / Extension Of Services To The Building. Wirral Youth Theatre & Youth Hub Is Located On Pilgrim Street, Birkenhead, Wirral Ch41 5Eh. The Site Is A Former School Building Which Has Been Adapted For Youth Service Provision.The New Pod Building Is To Be Located To The Rear Of The Site Within The Existing Carpark. Access To The Site Is Via The Main Carpark Gates.
