Part I - Demolition Of The Tuchów Farm Building, Inv. No. 108/128, And The Reinforced Concrete Slurry Tank, Inv. All Works Covered By The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Practice, Design Documentation, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection Regulations And Environmental Protection Regulations As Well As Technical Requirements For Individual Types Of Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Ordering Partys Recommendations. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality Of All Types Of Works Included In The Task. Due To The Location Of The Facilities And The Threats That May Occur During Demolition And Demolition Works, They Should Be Carried Out As Quickly As Possible And In Full Safety. Before Starting Demolition Works, Make Sure That There Are No Bystanders At The Demolition Site. Steel Materials And Demolition Wood Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Them To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Other Waste From Demolition Works (Rubble, Waste, Windows And Doors) Becomes The Property Of The Contractor And He Is Obliged To Remove Them From The Construction Site And Handle Them In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Undertakes To Dispose Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, As Amended) And The Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1973, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Proof Of Waste Disposal. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: - At His Own Expense, Marking And Securing The Work Sites For The Duration Of The Works. - Developing A Design For The Development Of The Construction Site, A Design For Organizing And Securing The Works During Demolition. - Taking Over The Construction Site, Securing And Marking In Accordance With Legal Requirements.
