1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Construction Of A Parking Space In The Zalasowa Forestry In The Following Scope;A) Earthworksb) Foundation Worksc) Surface Construction2. Characteristics Of Construction Works: − Development Of The Construction Site, − Formation Of Embankments And Slopes − Construction Of New Parking Spaces − Construction Of An Internal Road − Repair Of The Forest Road − Installation Of A Fence3.2. Detailed Information1. Detailed Information Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Is An Annex To Swz.3.3. Order Information1. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide A Place For The Consumption Of Electricity Or Water For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Secure The Construction Site In Accordance With Applicable Law.3. All Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Be Approved For Marketing And Have A Declaration Of Conformity Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval. In The Absence Of Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards, The Contractor Must Provide The Above-Mentioned Documents Upon Final Acceptance. The Installation Of Any Materials And Equipment That Does Not Have Valid Certificates Is Excluded.4. During The Implementation Of The Investment, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Opportunity To Check The Construction Materials That Will Be Used To Complete The Subject Of The Contract.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Construction Site To Proper Condition And Order, As Well As (If Used) Roads, Real Estate, Equipment And Facilities That The Contractor Disturbed While Performing The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Copies Of All Documents Sent To And Received From Administrative Bodies On An Ongoing Basis.7. The Investment Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit.8. The Contractor Of The Works Will Prepare, At His Own Expense, The As-Built Geodetic Documentation, Including Its Classification In The Appropriate Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center, And Will Obtain The Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility.11) All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Practice, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, And Regulations. Fire Protection And Environmental Protection Regulations And Recommendations Of The Ordering Party. Transport Of Materials To The Work Site Should Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport Adapted To The Tonnage Specified On The Access Roads To The Work Site.
