The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Includes: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Bricklaying Works, 3) Installation Of Partition Walls, 4) Plastering Works, 5) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, 6) Installation Of Door Joinery 7) Construction Of Floors 8) Execution Of Water And Sewage Installation Works And Sanitary, 9) Works Related To The Installation Of Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices, 10) Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations.3. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Note:1) The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of The Works Performed Is Narrower Than That Included In The Construction And Technical Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party And Includes Only Works On The Third Floor Of The Building Specified In The Attached Bills Of Quantities.2) Additional Explanations And Comments To The Design Documentation: Excluded From The Works Is The Following Scope Of Works, Which Has Already Been Performed During The Renovation Of The 4Th Floor In 2023, I.E.: - Fire Protection (Hydrants), - Main Staircase, - Fire Protection Doors To The Main And Side Staircase Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Who, During The Execution Of The Contract In Question, Will Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of The Works Listed Below, I.E.: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Bricklaying Works 3) Installation Partition Walls 4) Plastering Works, 5) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, 6) Installation Of Door Joinery 7) Construction Of Floors 8) Performance Of Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works, The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction, Persons Performing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials As Well As Persons Performing Temporary/Ancillary Work.
