The Ordering Party Established The Obligatory Participation Of Contractors In The On-Site Visit For Part I And Part Ii Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer, Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, In Order To Familiarize Yourself With The Place Of Execution Of The Order, With The Documentation, With The Possibility Of Obtaining All Information Necessary To Assess The Risk, Difficulties And Any Other Circumstances (Details In Chapter 3 Point 1 Of This Tor).
