1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Milk And Dairy Products For The Needs Of The Social Welfare Home In Zawiercie. 2. The Detailed Type Of Assortment And The Maximum Scope Of The Order Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Quantities Of Individual Goods Given In This Form Are The Quantities Expected By The Ordering Party, Which Were Adopted In Order To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Goods Depending On Current Needs While Maintaining Unit Prices And Up To The Amount Of The Future Public Procurement Contract And The Right To Limit The Order By A Maximum Of 30% Of Its Scope. 3. Goods Covered By The Order And The Method Of Their Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification Of Order Conditions, The Product And Price Form, The Contractors Offer, The Standards And Certificates Applicable To The Subject Of The Order And The Provisions Of Law. 4. The Place Of Delivery Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Ul. Rzemieślnicza 9, 42-400 Zawiercie.5.The Execution Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Principles Of The Haccp System Implemented And Used In The Contractors Plant.6.Delivery Will Be Made Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Separate Orders Specifying Min. Quantity, Product Range And Delivery Date. Orders Will Be Placed By The Ordering Partys Representatives In A Previously Agreed Manner: By Telephone, E-Mail Or In Person. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That Deliveries Take Place On Business Days, Six Times A Week. 8. The Contractor Will Ensure Deliveries Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Submission. Orders, From 06:30 To 08:00 In The Morning. If The Delivery Date Falls On A Public Holiday, The Delivery Will Be Made On The Business Day Preceding That Day. 9. The Delivery Of The Ordered Goods To The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse Will Be Considered The Time Of Delivery.
