Tenders are invited for Psycho-Motor Rehabilitation Room Expansion and Maintenance Work , Supply and Installation of Materials in AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian Rehabilitation Center. General Requirements 1. Must be Registered to Conduct Business and in Compliance with Government Tax Regulations. 2. Experience Supplying International Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, or Large Private Companies will be an Advantage. 3. Al-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian Retains the Right to Reject, Cancel, Negotiate, Amend, Split and Accept Any Offer, without Consideration of the Lowest Offer. 4. This is an Invitation to Vendors and is not a Promise or Obligation that Al-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian will Contract with Suppliers through the Submitted Offers. 5. The Contractor shall Specify the Execution Duration 1 .Quotation should Remain Valid for a Period of at Least Ninety (90) Days from the Submission Closing Date and should be Indicated in the Quotation 2 .Payment shall Release in (30) Days from Receiving the Actual Invoice. 3 .Payment shall be Via Bank Transfer. 4 .Payment shall be Made upon Verification and Acceptance of Goods/Services Per Contract and upon Presentation of Correct, Itemized Invoice. 5. Delay Fines will be Equal to (1 %) for each Delay Day for ( 01 ) Days only. The Contract will Withdraw from the Company and the Project will Complete at the Expense of the Company.
