Tenders are invited for Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Stairwell Pressurization System. Scope: Undertake the Supply, Fabrication, and Installation of a Stairwell Pressurization System at the Ruthven Towers Housing Development, Phase 1, St. Andrew. The Scope of Works Includes the: Supply, Fabrication, and Installation of Ducting between the Eighth and Ground Floor of the Stairwell Supply and Installation of a Centrifugal and Power Supply (Generator) with the Supporting Appurtenances on the Roof. PPC Grade/Category: Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration with a minimum Grade 2 rating.
