The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Sewage Sludge From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Zielona Huta - Waste Code 190805 In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 600 Tons. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Sewage Treatment Plant In Zielona Huta, Zielona Huta 24A, 89-607 Konarzyny. The Quantity Given Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Municipal Sewage Sludge Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract. Notwithstanding The Above, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Amount Of Municipal Sewage Sludge Actually Collected. The Average Dry Matter Content In The Sludge Produced In The Treatment Plant Is Approximately 16%. The Collection Of Sludge Will Be Carried Out Successively In The Quantities And Dates Specified By The Ordering Party. The Equipment Used During The Provision Of The Service Must Be Tight And Must Have A Load Capacity And Strength Adapted To The Removal Of Sludge. As Part Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Sewage Sludge Using A Means Of Transport Enabling Self-Loading Of The Container. . The Sludge Is To Be Transported And Managed In Accordance With Applicable Environmental Protection Law. Each Time After Collecting The Sludge, The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm Its Acceptance In The Bdo System On The Basis Of The Electronic Waste Transfer Card Issued By The Ordering Party. After Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With One Tight Container That Fits Under The Shelter (Width 400, Height 250, Length 800). During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Replacement Containers During Full Collection, So That There Is One Container At The Sewage Treatment Plant Intended For Collecting Sludge Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Should Become Familiar With The Existing Infrastructure At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Zielona Huta.
