1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And All Documents Referred To In The Said Annex.2) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Contractors Inspecting The Demolition Subject After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Ordering Party Via The Purchasing Platform.3) The Contractor Shall Bear The Related Costs With The Occupation And Execution Of Works In The Road Area. 4) Construction Rubble And Other Materials From The Demolition Site Remain At The Contractors Disposal And Should Be Removed And Transported Carefully And At The Contractors Expense To A Landfill Or For Disposal, Or Used In A Way That Will Not Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment. The Costs Of Disposal Are Borne By The Contractor.5) Documenting The Method Of Waste Management By The Contractor (Waste Registration Card Or Waste Transfer Card) Will Be A Condition For Final Acceptance Of The Works.6) The Contractor, As A Waste Producer, Is Obliged To Comply With The Legal Provisions Arising From The Following Acts: A) The Act On Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended Changes);B) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587). The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Legal Provisions Referred To, Taking Into Account Possible Changes In The Legal Status In This Respect.
