Śniadeckich 3 In Kraków.1.1 The Order Is Implemented From European Union Funds From The Program Entitled: Fablab Małopolska In Kraków Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021 - 2027 Program, Priority 5. European Funds Supporting Social Infrastructure, Measure 5.4. Training Infrastructure, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund.1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Have Not Been Granted To It. , Entitled To The Ordering Party.1.4 The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others, Preparatory Works, Dismantling Of Existing Equipment Elements, Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating, Electrical Installations, Ventilation Installation, Partition Walls, Ceilings, Floors, Joinery, Sanitary Equipment.
