1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of 815 Lighting Fixtures In The Annopol Commune.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Design Works, Which Consist Of The Following Parts: 1) Pre-Design Works, Performed To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: A) Visual Inspection Of All Street Lighting Fixtures Planned For Reconstruction And Determining The Scope Of Necessary Installation Works; B) Development Of Assumptions For The Selection Of Luminaire Power Based On An Inventory Of The Location Of Street Lighting Luminaires And Preliminary Technical Calculations Performed By The Contractor; C) Checking The Technical And Technological Assumptions Contained In The Opz And General Assumptions For The Implementation Of The Task; 2) Preparation Of Design And Implementation Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation And Have It Agreed And Approved By The Ordering Party. The Design Documentation Will Be Prepared In Three Copies And Will Contain The Following Elements: − Descriptive Part, − Drawing Part: Site Plan - Pzt On The Map For Advisory Purposes, Drawings, Diagrams, Etc., − Obtaining A Map For Advisory Purposes, − Information On Safety And Health Protection, − Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, − All Necessary Arrangements And Permits; Including Agreement With The Operator Of The Energy Network Regarding The Dismantling And Installation Of Lighting Fixtures On The Network Operators Property, − Notification Of Construction Works - Issued To The Ordering Party (If Required), − Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, Material And Financial Schedule, − Photometric Calculations, − As-Built Documentation.2.2 . Construction Works, Including: 1) Submitting The Necessary Notifications And Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Permits Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Applicable Legal Acts; 2) Dismantling The Existing Fixtures Intended For Modernization/Replacement And Transferring Them To The Commune Office/Network Administrator In Accordance With Art. -Leases And Technical Documentation. Complete Fixtures With Brackets Owned By The Commune Office Should Be Delivered To A Designated Place Indicated By The Office; Or Dispose Of Them At Your Own Expense; 3) Replacement Of Existing Street Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Ones - 815 Pcs. 4) Installation Of A Luminaire Control System With Individual Power Reduction (Control System) - 313 Sets (National, Provincial And District Roads); 5) Performance Of Other Necessary Works Related To Laying Cables, Devices, Electrical Installation Necessary For The Operation And Proper Operation Of The Installation; 6) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations, Along With Obtaining Acceptance Of Works And Preparing Related Documents With Putting The Facilities Into Use;7) Correct Commissioning Of The Entire Installation And Performing The Necessary Electric
