1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Waste From Plot No. 231, Podkamionka District, Sokółka Commune, Podlaskie Voivodeship, Together With The Transfer Of Waste (In Accordance With The Decision Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Białystok, Reference Number: Wooś.473.6.2024.Kw Of June 26, 2024, Constituting An Attachment To This Swz) For Disposal In In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law.2. Waste Lying On The Above-Mentioned Plot Includes: Used Tires, Including Agricultural Ones, Plastics, Construction Materials Containing Asbestos, Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling, Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Glass, Glass Packaging. Other Types Of Waste May Also Be Present But Not Visible. The Area From Which Waste Will Be Collected Should Be Leveled (Including Collecting Residual Waste And Raking).3. The Collected Waste Will Be The Property Of The Contractor And Should Be Transferred To The Place Of Disposal, Recovery Or Processing In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy.4. The Service Must Be Performed In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste - Hereinafter Referred To As The Waste Act.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Waste Transfer Cards Required By Law.6. The Scope Of Work, Subject To Reservations, Includes: 1) Cleaning The Property, Loading Waste And Transporting It To The Disposal Site, 2) Transferring Waste For Management And Paying The Costs Of Its Acceptance, 3) Providing The Ordering Party With Waste Transfer Cards, 4) Installing 3 Information Signs Informing About Monitoring And The Ban On Throwing Waste.5) Preparing Photographic Documentation Confirming The Provision Of The Service.7. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Fulfill All Formal Requirements Related To The Provision Of The Service.8. The Contractor Declares That He Has Made A Local Visit To The Work Site And Its Surroundings, Has Familiarized Himself With The Actual State Of The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order On Site And Has Obtained, On His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary For The Execution Of The Order And Has No Objections To The Scope Work.9. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Maintain Order On The Property Covered By The Contract, Comply With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. During The Implementation Of The Task, 2) Secure Any Dangerous Places In The Area Where The Task Is Being Performed, 3) Take Appropriate Measures To Protect The Roads Leading To The Property Covered By The Contract Against Damage Caused By Own Means Of Transport, 4) Perform The Task In A Way That Does Not Cause Damage To The Above-Ground And Underground Infrastructure And Property Of Third Parties, And In The Event Of Any Damage, The Contractor Undertakes To Repair It.10.
