1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Services In The Premises Of The Care And Treatment Facility Of The House Of The Polish Red Cross In Krakow, Ul. Olszańska 5, 31-513 Kraków, Hereinafter Referred To As (Zol). A Detailed Description Is Included In Annex No. 1 A To Swz.2. The Scope Of Services Provided Under The Order Covers A Total Area Of ​​820.60 M2, Including The Fourth Floor - 800 M2 And The Third Floor - 20.60 M2.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Its Own Cleaning Products, Hygiene Products, Disinfectants, Tools And Technical Devices.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Developed Procedures For The Cleaning Service Provided (E.G. Preparation Of Disinfecting And Cleaning Solutions, Washing And Disinfection Of Large Surfaces, Handling Clean And Dirty Mops, Handling Cleaning Equipment, Etc.).5. The Contractor Will Provide Its Own Cleaning And Hygiene Products, Which Must Be Non-Toxic, Harmless To Health And The Natural Environment, Approved For Use And Trade On The Polish Market, With Product Safety Data Sheets Or An Equivalent Document (Including Notification Of Cosmetic Products), In Accordance With With Currently Applicable Law.6. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing The Service Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Employed By The Contractor As Its Employees Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1465, As Amended) In An Appropriate Position For The Type Their Work Position, At Least For The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Ongoing And Constant Supervision Over The Cleaning Staff And The Quality Of The Work Performed Under The Subject Of The Order. The Designated Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Forwarding The Ordering Partys Comments, Reservations And Instructions To The Cleaners In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
