The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Owners Of Residential Properties In The Kowal Commune, B) Providing Property Owners With Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste, Maintaining Them In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition, Emptying And Replacement At The Request Of The Ordering Party, C) Delivery And Collection Of Bags From Property Owners For Collecting Waste From: - Paper, - Glass, - Metals And Plastics, - Bio-Waste, - Ash; D) Equipping The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) With Containers, Emptying Them And Maintaining Them In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition, E) Placing Them In Designated Places In The So-Called Nesting Points For Containers For Selective Collection Of Glass, Metals And Plastics, The So-Called Bells, Emptying Them At Least Once A Month, And Replacing, Maintaining Or Repairing Them - Maintaining Them In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition, F) Carrying Out Compliance Tests For Municipal Waste Sent For Storage That Require Such Tests.2.
