The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Full Operational Support Of The Poznań Palm House Heating System In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, The Poznań Palm House Heating System Operation Manual And Swz; B) Maintenance Of The Ventilation System. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Perform Daily Inspections Of The Pavilions Poznań Palm House Around 7.30, 14.30 And 23.00, Including: - Checking Temperatures In Individual Pavilions, - Monitoring The Occurrence Of Possible Leaks In The Central Heating Network. And Reporting Them To The Ordering Party, - Monitoring The Occurrence Of Possible Defects In The Pavilions Glazing And Reporting Them To The Ordering Party, B) Document The Temperature Readings In The Temperature Register Kept In Paper Form And Present Them To The Ordering Party At Each Request, C) Inform The Ordering Party About Any Noticed Cases Of Leaks Or Losses In Glazing Or Other Situations That Threaten The Maintenance Of The Proper Climate In The Pavilions, D) Conduct Continuous Comparative Control Of The Information Provided By The Boiler Room Monitoring System With The Actual Conditions Prevailing In The Pavilions Of The Poznań Palm House Obtained During Inspections, E) Proceed To Repair The Failure Of The Heating System And Central Heating Network. Identified During The Performance Of The Contract, F) Perform Ongoing Repairs And Periodic Maintenance Of The Operated Heating System And Central Heating Networks, G) Maintain Order And Tidiness In The Boiler Room Rooms, H) Perform An Annual Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Heating Installation, Carried Out By A Person With A Qualification Certificate For Heating Networks And Installations Together With Auxiliary Devices, With A Heat Transfer Higher Than 50 Kw And By May 15, 2025, Submit To The Ordering Party: - An Inspection Report, - A Renovation Plan, - A Cost Estimate/Valuation Of The Works Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Heating Installation In The Next Season.
