The Substantive Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Identification And Characterization Of The Condition And Functioning Of The Environment, Including Sources Of Threats, With Particular Emphasis On Geological Structure, Terrain, Soil Permeability, Soil And Water Conditions, Including Construction Conditions, Surface And Underground Waters, Conditions Topoclimatic Conditions, Soils, Landscape Values, Natural Structure Of The Area, Objects And Areas Covered By Forms Of Nature Protection, Natural Connections Of The Commune With Its Wider Surroundings And Main Ecological Barriers, Resources And Spatial Structure Of The Biotic Environment, Including Animal Refuges And Their Migration Routes - With A Presentation Results In Graphical Form; 2) Diagnosis Of The Condition And Functioning Of The Environment - With Presentation Of The Results In Graphic Form; 3) Preliminary Forecast Of Further Changes Taking Place In The Environment, Which May Result From Current Use And Development, As Well As Restrictions Resulting From, For Example, Nature Protection Forms, The Occurrence Of Areas Of Particular Flood Risk, Protected Land (Soils, Forests), Etc.; 4) Natural Predisposition To Shape The Functional And Spatial Structure - With Presentation Of Results In Graphic Form; 5) Assessment Of The Suitability Of The Environment; 6) Determination Of Ecophysiographic Conditions, Including The Suitability Of Individual Areas For The Development Of Utility Functions, Indication Of Areas Recommended For Development Subordinated To The Needs Of The Environment, Determination Of Limitations Resulting From Environmental Protection Or Environmental Threats - With The Presentation Of Results In Graphic Form.3.
