The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Development Of A General Plan For The Gniezno Commune In Accordance With With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In Accordance With: A) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of Of December 8, 2023 Regarding The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Outlines From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C) Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information About The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended), D) Requirements Contained In Separate Acts And Regulations Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And Spatial Planning And Development, Protection Of The Environment, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Forest And Agricultural Land, Revitalization, Etc. And Protection Of Personal Data. The Study Area Covers A Total Of Approx. 178 Km2.2. The Ordering Party Informs That Documents Regarding The Current Stage Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Gniezno Commune And Local Spatial Development Plans Are Available At Https://Gniezno.E-Mapa.Net/. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Design Works Specified In The Design Work Schedule Constituting An Annex To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Planning Documentation Prepared At Individual Stages Of Development Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party In Quantities Appropriate To Carry Out Subsequent Procedural Activities. The Ordering Party Carried Out The Procedure For Submitting Applications For The General Plan.
