ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR BIDDERS: Technical Capacity and Service Coverage: Proven ability to provide consistent, high-speed internet connectivity in the specified field locations and adequate infrastructure Experience and Track Record: Demonstrated experience in providing internet services in similar settings, especially in remote or challenging environments and positive references and feedback from past or current clients. Valid operational licenses and regulatory approvals to provide internet services in the country and specific locations. Technical Support and Maintenance: Availability of a responsive customer support team to address technical issues promptly.
