Car Park Management Services – Providing A Parking Registration System. Provision Of A Parking Registration System - The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of An It System For The Operation/Support Of A Public Fee-Paying Waiting Area (Parking Lot) In The Area Of Competence Of The Bidder Within The Framework Of A Business Contract And Its Operation During The Duration Of The Contract; And Providing Other Related Services, As Well As Providing The Tools Necessary To Provide The Parking Operation Service. Subject Of The Procurement: 1. On The One Hand, The Successful Bidders Task Is To Provide The Parking Operation Service (Transparent And Continuous Record Of Individual Parking And Parking Control Events, Related Data, Photographs, Payments, Deadlines, Correspondence, Complaint Handling, Collections, Claims File, Payment Orders, On The Data Of Legal Proceedings, Executions), Provision Of The Insurance Parking Registration System It System, And Its Operation During The Duration Of The Contract. 2. On The Other Hand, It Is The Task Of The Winning Bidder To Provide The It Tools And Background Capacities Necessary For Operation (Servers, Routers, Communication Channels). 3. The Expected Task Of The Successful Bidder Is Also The Further Development (Further Development) Of The Developed/Set-Up It System - According To The Needs Of The Bidder. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw Down 75% Of The Further Development Budget. Main Quantitative Data Of The Procurement: - The Number Of Simultaneous Users To Be Supported By The Administration System Is A Maximum Of 30 (Thirty) People On The Part Of The Bidder. In The Framework Of Background Customer Service, The Expected Level Of Complaint Handling Cases Is 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) Per Year. - Provision Of Training On The Use Of The It System Provided By The Winning Tenderer As A Related Service No More Than 2 Times A Month And For No More Than 15 People On An Occasional Basis. The Monthly Level Of On-Site Or On-Site Education Is A Maximum Of 10 Hours/Month. - Providing A Remote Desktop Access Service For At Least 15 People As A Related Service. In The Technical Requirements Document, Which Can Be Found Among The Public Procurement Documents, The Contracting Authoritys Technical Expectations Related To The It System Were Described In Detail. In Order To Ensure Equal Opportunities For Tendering, The Tenderer Does Not Require Tenderers To Have The Software According To The Technical Requirements At The Time Of The Initiation Of The Public Procurement. The Tenderer Determined The Completion Deadline Taking This Into Account, Giving The Opportunity For Economic Operators Who, At The Start Of The Public Procurement, Do Not Yet Have The Software According To The Technical Requirements, But Are Able To Develop It.
