Refuse And Waste Related Services – Cleaning Of Unregulated Landfills For Household Waste And Contaminated Land With Construction And Household Waste On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Services For Cleaning Contaminated Land With Household And Construction Waste In Populated Areas And In Their Surroundings (Unregulated Landfills) On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. The Contracting Authority, Through Its Representative, Prepares And Submits To The Contractor A List Of The Unregulated Landfills And Contaminated Sites On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo For The Relevant Period, Preparing A Schedule For Their Cleaning. The Activities Related To Cleaning Are Carried Out For All Objects And In Sequence, According To The Prepared Schedule. The Duration And Volume Of The Cleaning Is Reported With A Sample Report Signed By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority For The City Of Veliko Tarnovo And By The Mayor Of The Settlement For Contaminated Land In Other Settlements Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. Term Of Execution Of The Contract: The Term Of Execution Of The Order Is 2 /Two/ Years, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until Reaching The Sum Of Bgn 240,000.00 Excluding Vat, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurred Earlier Early. Types Of Activities With Estimated Quantities For The Period Of Execution Of The Order: - Excavation And Compaction Of Waste With A Combined Excavator-Loader - 140 Mcm; - Compaction Of Waste With A Compactor - 20 Msm; - Mileage Of A Combined Excavator-Loader – 700 Km; - Excavation And Compaction Of Waste With A Bulldozer - 15 Msm; - Transport Bulldozer With Tractor - 300 Km; - Compaction Of Waste With A Compactor - 20 Msm; - Mechanical Loading Of Waste - 10,000 Cubic Meters; - Manual Loading Of Waste - 300 Cubic Meters; - Empty Mileage Of A Truck – 7,000 Km; - Transportation Of Waste To A Regulated Landfill - 8,000 Km; - Manual Cleaning Of Contaminated Areas - 300 Sq. M. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Volume Of Assigned Activities According To Its Needs, Including Assigning Additional Types Of Activities If Necessary, Up To The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract. The Term For The Execution Of The Contract For Public Procurement Is 2 /Two/ Years, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until Reaching The Amount Of Bgn 240,000.00 Excluding Vat, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurs Earlier. The Financing Of The Public Procurement Is Carried Out Through Funds From The Budget Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo For The Relevant Financial Year. The Payment Of The Services By The Contracting Authority Is Carried Out By Paying The Value Of The Performed Services For Each Individual Site/Region - Within A Period Of Up To 30 (Thirty) Days, Counted From The Acceptance Of The Performance Of The Services For The Respective Site/Region.
