The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet intends to seek a capable and experienced provider of bespoke software development and support services for the future development and maintenance of CabNet the online document and records management system supporting Cabinet and Cabinet Committee meetings. Suitable providers would have a proven record, having implemented similar capabilities for similarly sized organisations, and be able to provide development and support services from within New Zealand. DPMC intends to conduct a two-staged tender process via GETS and this would include a Registration of Interest (ROI) to shortlist suppliers who will progress to the second stage, a closed RFP process. The ROI is intended to be released in mid to late November. This notice is for information only and does not require any action on your part now in response to this notice.
