Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Equipment (Tables, Chairs, Almirahs, etc.) Registration Fee (with VAT) (Rs.): 3000/-. Applications will be received up to 3.00 p.m. on 30.11.2024 for the registration for the Supplies and Contracts of the Wattala Pradeshiya Sabha for the subjects stated in the schedule below for the year 2025. All applications could either be delivered to the Head Office or sent by registered post along with the bid charges either by cash or cheques drawn in favour of the Secretary, Wattala Pradeshiya Sabha. Normally, quotations to obtain goods and sendees required for the Sabha will be called from the registered applicants. However, the Sabha retains the right to call for quotations and make purchases or obtain services from sources outside the list whenever such needs arise. Institutions or individuals expecting to be registered as contractors should be registered at either the Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD) or the National Construction Contractors Association or should submit written evidence in proof of satisfactorily completion of works and contracts at par with the relevant values of State Departments, Statutory Boards, Local Government Institutions and the worth certificates. Relevant registration applications can be obtained from this office and the cover containing the applications sent by post should be marked "Registration of Suppliers and Contractors - 2025" at the left side top corner.
