Transformation/Extension Of The Convent Of The Oblate Fathers For The Creation Of A Childrens Home With 35 Beds. The Project Consists Of An Existing Part And A New Extension. The Demolition Of An Existing Extension, Located In The Same Location As The New Extension, Is Also Expected. The Existing Part Is A Sloping Volume Of 3 Levels (Ground Floor + 1St + 2Nd) Subject To Renovation Work, I.E. Interior Modifications, Replacement Of Frames, Interior Insulation To Achieve Peb Standards. The New Extension Consists Of A Single Level Ground Floor Volume. This Volume Is Built In A Clt Structure And Has The Particularity Of Displaying Light Cannons On The Roof. The Project Includes All Architectural Works As Well As Stability And Special Techniques. The Work Described Above Is Not Exhaustive. The Details Of The Work Are Included In The Technical Clauses And The Summary Measurement Annexed To The Special Specifications.
