It Is Required To Sign A Purchase Contract For Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For Gas Stoves And Water Heaters For Ssas Welfare Centers, Indicated In The Following Point, For 24 Months, And May Be Renewed, Once, For Up To 12 More Months With An Increase. Of The Cpi Considering The Variation Of The Cpi Obtained In The Last Twelve Months Prior To The End Of The Contract, For Well-Founded Reasons In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 3.1 Of The Bases. The Work Includes Preventive Maintenance And Corrective Maintenance Of Gas Wall Stoves And Heating Equipment, The Above; With The Objective Of Obtaining The Correct Operation And Functioning Of This Equipment. These Works Must Be Carried Out Only By Technical Personnel Authorized By The Sec Electricity And Fuel Superintendency. A Copy Of The Certification Of The Superintendency Of Electricity And Fuel Sec Of The Personnel Must Be Attached To The Offer. 1 Preventive Maintenance Must Be Carried Out Per Year On 31 Gas Wall Stoves And 33 Water Heaters, According To The Attached Technical Specifications.
