The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Sports, Fun And Relaxation Zone Of The Hańcza Estate - Creation Of A Park, An Outdoor Gym, Expansion Of Playgrounds And Construction Of A Multi-Functional Sports Field, Among Others. For Basketball – Bo. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Staff With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, Enabling The Proper Implementation Of The Task. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above Personnel To The Ordering Party For Approval.4. Due To The Fact That The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz For The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The Documentation In Such A Way That It Meets All Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law.
