The Subject Of The Order Is The Gradual Performance Of The Service Of Emptying Residential Premises, Commercial Premises, Attics And Basements Of Accumulated Items, As Well As The Liquidation Of Illegal Waste Dumps And Illegally Stored Electronic Waste, Post-Renovation Waste From Garbage Sheds According To The Ordering Partys Instructions.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services Consisting In: 1) Emptying Residential And Commercial Premises, Basements And Basement Corridors, Attics In Buildings That Are 100% Owned By The Capital City Of Warsaw And Residential And Commercial Premises Together With Rooms Belonging To Them, Owned By The Capital City Of Warsaw . Warsaw In The Buildings Of Housing Communities, By: A) Emptying The Contents Of Furniture, Cabinets, Shelves, Etc.; B) Dismantling Furniture And Equipment; C) Segregating Property/Movables (I.E. Plastic, Metal, Paper, Glass, Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Etc.) ., In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order Of The Capital City Of Warsaw; D) Removing The Property/Movable Property Located In The Premises, As Well As In The Adjacent Rooms (Basements, Cells, Utility Rooms) And Loading It Into The Provided Container. Emptying Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Written Order Issued By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party (Depending On The Needs) - Settlement Based On The Order Included In The Contract.2) Surface Cleaning Of The Area From Municipal And Other Pollutants And Their Segregation, Transfer Of The Collected Waste To An Entrepreneur With A Permit For The Transport And Management Of This Waste. Type Of Waste With Which The Contractor Has Signed A Contract 3) Organizing, If Necessary, Manual Collection Of Accumulated Municipal Waste And Leveling The Area After Illegal Dumping, As Well As Carrying Out Activities Involving Mechanical Or Manual Loading Of Waste Onto Means Of Transport.3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With Technology And Legal Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations, As Well As Proper Organization Of Work And Maintaining Law And Order When Performing Services.4. The Contractor Will Use Its Own Tools, Equipment And Materials To Perform The Service Covered By The Contract. 5.
