1) The Subject Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Is The Delivery Of One Piece Of A Brand New Electric Vehicle (Hereinafter: Vehicle Or Car) Along With Equipment For The Needs Of The City Guard In Oświęcim, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In In The Order Documents, I.E., Among Others, In The Contract Template And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, On The Terms And Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party. 2) The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Purchase Of Equipment For The City Guard In Oświęcim In Order To Support Activities In The Field Of Compliance With Environmental Protection Regulations And Improvement Of Air Quality In The City Of Oświęcim, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021‑2027 Program, Priority: European Funds For The Environment, Action: Implementation Of The Air Protection Program.
