On Spatial Planning And Development, Within The Scope Of Art. 13A Section 4, Art. 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, And 13M And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, Along With A Justification For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act, G) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, H) Completing Formal And Legal Documentation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023.
