Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Total Advice Regarding A New Daycare Center In Virring (Skanderborg Municipality). The Current Tender Concerns The Acquisition Of Total Consultancy For Skanderborg Municipality For The Construction Of A New Day Care Center In Virring, Which Will House 100 Children (20 Nursery Places And 80 Kindergarten Places), But Will Also Be Designed As A Flexible Day Care Facility For 0-6-Year-Olds, So That The Building Can Adapt Over Time The Current Needs And Accommodate Variations Of Both Kindergarten Places And Nursery Places. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Limited Tender And Consists Of Both A Prequalification Phase (Cf. Section 2) And An Offer Phase (Cf. Section 3). Only The Pre-Qualified Companies Will Be Invited To Submit Offers. The New Day Care Center In Virring Must Meet The Capacity Needs For Childcare, Including Replacing The Temporary Institution Børnehuset Toftegården. The Day Care Center Must Be Built In Accordance With The Norwegian Building Research Institute Quality Level C With An Associated Production Kitchen. However, The Daycare Center Must Be Designed As A Flexible Daycare Facility For 0-6-Year-Olds, So That The Building Can Adapt Over Time To Current Needs And Accommodate Variations Of Both Kindergarten Places And Nursery Places. The Construction Is Expected To Be Tendered By Totaladviser As A Main Contractor Via A Limited Tender. Sustainability And Co2: Skanderborg Municipality Wants To Leave As Few Climate And Environmental Footprints As Possible. This Must Be Done Through A Holistic Approach That Ensures That The Municipalitys Buildings Are Sustainable In Both Social, Economic, Climate And Environmental Terms. In Annex A Of The Tender Documents – Program Outline, The Requirements For, Among Other Things, Sustainability Indicated. In Addition To Having To Comply With Skanderborg Municipalitys Policy For Municipal Construction, The Building Must Be Built According To The Applicable Building Regulations. It Is Expected That A Building Permit Will Have To Be Applied For In 2025. Artistic Decoration: 1% Of Tradesmens Expenses Have Been Set Aside For Integrated Artistic Decoration Of The Building. The Client Handles The Choice Of Art Form And Extent Of Integration In The Construction In Collaboration With The Overall Consultant And Skanderborg Municipalitys Art Council.
