The project involves demolition and replacement of the existing boiler house, and installation of the new boiler system. The boiler units and system will be supplied and installed on a design and build basis (in accordance with the Mechanical Engineers documents). Also included with the project scope is minor work to the schools existing infrastructure with the site, installation of a gas supply to B Block, and electrical enabling works.
