Sandnes Municipality, Hereinafter Referred To As The Contracting Authority, Hereby Invites A Limited Tender For The Establishment Of A Dynamic Purchasing Scheme (Dps Scheme) For Consultancy, Assistance And/Or Project Management Within Digitization And It Within The Areas Of Concept Development, Technology Consultancy, Automation, Integrations, Enterprise Architecture And Project Management. The Scheme Shall Include Advice, Assistance And/Or Project Management In The Following Areas: • Concept Development • Technology Consultancy • Automation • Integrations • Business Architecture • Project Management Each Area In The List Above Is A Separate Category Under The Scheme, With Its Own Qualification Requirements. The Clients Needs Can Include Everything From Smaller Projects Where The Person Requested Is Responsible For Part Of The Project, To Larger Projects With Full Project Manager Responsibility. Furthermore, The Need Will Include Consulting In Connection With Projects, And May Also Include Assignments Related To Team And Project Building, And/Or Culture Development, Within Digitization And It. Suppliers Will Be Able To Apply To Qualify For One Or More Of The Categories. Only When An Application Has Been Approved Will The Supplier Be Able To Participate In Competitions Under The Individual Category For Which It Is Qualified. Common Qualification Requirements, As Well As The Qualification Requirements For The Individual Category, Will Appear Clearly From The Attached Qualification Basis.
