The Tendered Contract Concerns The Operation Of A General Medical Practice In The Town Of Ribe, Esbjerg Municipality. The Supplier Undertakes, As Part Of The Contract, To Serve Up To Two Capacities For Up To 2,700 Registered Insured Persons, I.E. Up To 5,400 Insured In Total, Should The Need Arise. The Supplier Must Therefore Accept Patient Access At All Times, As Long As The Total Number Of Registered Patients Does Not Thereby Exceed 5,400. No More Insured Persons Than 5,400 Can Be Registered. The Customer Gives No Guarantee For The Number Of Patients, As This Number Is Variable. The Number Varies, E.G. As A Result Of The Natural Arrival And Departure Of Patients Due To, For Example, Moving To The Area, Death Or Moving Away. The Clinic Is Equated With Other Practices In The Area, In Connection With The Influx Of Patients Resulting From Practice Closures Etc. In The Area. The Contract Relates To The Full Operation And Performance Of A General Medical Practice In The Town Of Ribe, Esbjerg Municipality. The Contract Also Relates To Participation In The Regional Medical On-Call Agreement In Accordance With The Medical On-Call Agreement And On-Call Instructions In Force At All Times.
