The Acquisition Includes An Option Year Option For 1.1. - 31 December 2027. The Procurement Notice Has Been Sent For Publication On 6 November 2024 In The Hilma Public Procurement Notification Channel And Tender Service, Through Which The Offer Must Also Be Prepared. The Main User Is The Urban Engineering Construction Department, Whose Workload Has Been Estimated According To Their Needs. Excavation Works Mainly Consist Of Rock Removal Caused By The Construction Of Water Supply Lines And Streets. The Amounts Presented In The Tender Documents Are Estimates Of Future Work, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Quantities Of Work That Are Finally Realized Can Be Either Smaller Or Larger Than Those Estimated In The Request For Tender Stage, And Changes In The Quantities Do Not Affect The Unit Prices (Exception Yse 1998, § 45). The Contract For The Execution Of The Contract Is Made In Accordance With The Contract Contract Model Provided In Appendix 1.
