The Municipality Of Rotterdam Is Making Its Public Lighting Energy Efficient. In Recent Years, The Focus Has Been On Public Lighting, Which Is Part Of The Rotterdam Style. For More Information See; Rotterdam Style | Rotterdam.Nl In The Near Future The Focus Will Be On Specific Public Lighting Fixtures That Do Not Belong To The Rotterdam Style. Because These Fixtures Are Specific To Each Project, This Need Is Best Met Through A Dynamic Purchasing System. With This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Aims To Set Up A Dynamic Purchasing System, Whereby The Admitted Entrepreneurs Are Invited Each Time From The Electronic Platform To Submit A Tender For A Specific Assignment. Furthermore, During The Validity Period Of The Dynamic Purchasing System, It Will Remain Possible For New Entrepreneurs To Be Admitted To The System, Provided They Meet The Requirements Set Out In This Admission Document.
