Tenders Are Invited For Design And Realization Of Public Space In The South Station Area (Stationsplein With Stationsweg)

With This Assignment, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Design And Realize The Public Space Of The South Station Area (Stations Square With Stationsweg). In Addition To His Role As A Supporter Of The Clients Environment Manager, The Contractor Must Support The Client In Her Broader Role As An Integral Environment Manager. The Redevelopment Of The South Station Area (Stationsplein With Stationsweg), The Public Space Around The Buildings Of District E And The Stationsweg Are Inextricably Linked To The Construction Of The Underground Bicycle Shed Stationsplein Zuid And The District E, Lichthoven And Edge Eindhoven Projects And Are Therefore The Final Part Of The Redevelopment Of The Zuid Station Area. The Redesign Of The South Station Area As A Residential Area Will Become The Calling Card Of Eindhoven. A Green, Cool Environment With The Experience Of The New Gender. The Municipality Will Draw Up A Preliminary Design (Vo) In-House. This Vo Is The Basis For This Assignment, The Design And Realization Of The Public Space Station Area South (Stationsplein With Stationsweg). The Client Will Work According To The Eindhoven Project Management Model (Epm), Which Is Largely The Same As Integrated Project Management. Model (Ipm) As Applied By Rijkswaterstaat. For This Phase, A Core Team Will Be Formed Consisting Of The Municipalitys Epm Role Holders, Including The Project Manager, Environmental Manager, Contract Manager, Technical Manager And Project Management Manager. From The Contractor, The Project Manager, Executor And Environment Manager/Interface Coordinator Will Participate. As Soon As There Is Insight Into The Realization Of A Sub-Area, The Team Will Be Scaled Up To A Full Construction Team, With The Necessary Ep Managers And Team Members And Disciplines From Both Organizations Being Supplemented To Effectively Prepare The Realization Phase. Realization Will Take Place In Accordance With The Uav 2012. An Extensive Representation Of The Project Can Be Seen In The Preliminary Design, Which Is Attached As Appendix 1. The Contractor Must, In Addition To His Role As Supporter Of The Clients Environment Manager, Support The Client In Its Broader Role As Integral Environmental Manager. This Will Consist Of: • Stakeholder Management (For Integrality). • Integrated (Detailed) Construction Planning And (Detailed) Phasing. Control, Coordination And Alignment On Milestones. • Integrated Management Of: (Construction) Logistics, Construction Sequence, Layout Of Construction Sites And (Located Outside The Ring) Construction Hub. • Integrated 4D Interface And Risk Management. • Crowd Management. • Integrated (Environmental) Safety, Including Monitoring Surrounding Buildings (Including Vibration Meters). • (Residents) Communication. In Addition To The Foregoing, A Construction Team Agreement Will Be Concluded With Another Party For Part Of The Stationsplein (On Top Of The Underground Bicycle Shed For The Ns Station). This Will Provide The Growing Area (Between The Roof Of The Bicycle Shed And The Underside Of The Paving Structure) And Trees. Coordination Between Both Parties/Construction Teams Is An Important Part Of This Agreement.
